 A great dip as a salad dressing or a spinach dip. Li'l Pig! as a dip: 2 TBSP Li'l Pig!, 1 Cup Sour Cream, Mix well and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Serve in a hollowed-out red onion. Great with veggies, chips, or over baked potatoes. As a Salad Dressing: 3 TBSP Dry Li'l Pig! Seasoning, 1/2 cup Mayonnaise, 1 Cup Buttermilk. Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Great over a Spinach Salad. Li'l Pig! In the Garden: 2 TBSP Dry Li'l Pig Mix, 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 1 Pkg. Frozen and Chopped Spinach, Mix well and chill for at least 1 hour. Place dip in a hollowed-out loaf of rye bread and serve with chips or veggies. Try dry ingredients in your spinach salad. You might soften it with 1/4 vinegar and 1 tsp sugar for the spinach salad. Stir well before measuring. Makes 4 Cups!
