What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. 

Orders are processed upon receipt of credit card approval.

Can I place an order by phone?

If you feel more comfortable placing your order by phone, please call: 918-664-3320 in Tulsa.  The phone lines are open from 8:00 AM to 6 PM.

Will my order and charge card information be safe and secure?

Our shopping cart is safe and secure.  When you enter our secure server you can feel confident that your credit card and order information will be protected.

Can I pick up my gifts?

Yes, absolutely.  We are located at 10032 S Sheridan Road #H2A, Tulsa, OK 74133.  We are on the Northwest Corner of 101st & Sheridan Rd.  Hours for picking up your gifts are between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  Additional hours are available by appointment. 

How and when will my order be shipped or delivered?

Local delivery will be the same day if received by 11 am. After 11 am orders will be delivered the next business day. We can not guarantee same day local delivery during the month of Dec. Please place your order ahead of time during this period and place the date that you would like delivery in the area Message on Gift Card that is next to the button when you order an item. 

Delivery is not available on Sundays and national holidays. Deliveries to airports are not available.

 

Out of Tulsa area purchases, will be shipped via UPS, FedEX or United States Postal Service. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes via FedEx. 
Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days unless you request otherwise.  We make every effort to ship all orders within 48 hours from the date of order. If we find that shipping your order is not possible within 48 hours, we will contact you immediately.

Any order placed online over a weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. Multiple orders require more lead time, depending on the size of the order. We will contact you by email or phone concerning any shipping delays.

 

What can I expect my shipping charges to be?

Shipping charges will be calculated during your ordering process.

The shipping charges are are only estimates and are subject to change. They will be added to your final order.


Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and all other parts of North America will incur additional charges. We do not ship outside of North America.

Overnight Express Mail is available on orders placed before 10:00 A.M. CST. Please call 918-664-3320 to make arrangements.

If a package is sent to a wrong address due to customer's shipping information error you will be receive an additional charge to reship or redeliver.

How many days does it take to ship from your location?

For Ground Shipment through FedEx see the map to determine your transit shipping time.

Do you charge a local delivery fee?

Local delivery fees are not included in the listed price of the gift basket.

When you receive your invoice via email it will say shipping cost, this is your delivery fee.

Local delivery is offered in the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

Delivery fees range from $15.00 to $30.00 per location.

We charge $15.00 per location in Tulsa and most of Broken Arrow within 10 miles of the storefront. More than 10 miles are $19.50 + per location. All other cities outside of the 10-mile radius will be charged according to the city. If you aren't sure please contact us before ordering.

Delivery is not available on Sundays and national holidays. Deliveries to airports are not available.

When requesting delivery to a business, please include the business name. We will require all other necessary information for locating your gift recipients, such as complex or building number or name, suite or room number, and a telephone number (main desk or receptionist telephone number is sufficient). You can list this information under special instructions.

Should you have any delivery time constraints, please give us a call or email us with specifics.

What do we need to do to cancel an order and/or return an order?

Contact us immediately, if you must cancel your order.

We take great care in creating and packaging our gift baskets, therefore, any damaged shipment must be reported to us immediately. It is important to keep all packaging as it may be requested by the carrier. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items and ensure your satisfaction.  Please call or email us to obtain an authorization number. No credit can be issued until the returned merchandise is received and inspected by us.

Gifts, shipping, and handling charges are non-refundable.


We pride ourselves on fast service and shipping, therefore any cancellations must be made within 2 hours of order confirmation.

We would like to know why you are canceling your order. This will help us better serve you and others in the future. We want to have the best customer service that we can have.

 

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged to any order delivered within Oklahoma at the county and city rates per Oklahoma sales tax laws. Any order to be shipped outside of Oklahoma will not be charged sales tax.

How do you handle shipping of chocolates & other meltable items during warmer weather months?

In warmer months, some gift baskets with chocolates will be replaced with equal quality products that will with stand the heat in shipping across country. Should you need special chocolates shipped with ice packs and Express shipping, that may be arranged through our customer care desk. We recommend shipping next day or second day air on packages containing cheese, summer sausages, and or chocolates during the months of May through Sept.
 

Chocolate baskets can be delivered year round in Tulsa.

Will the basket I order look the same as the picture?

 

We take pride in creating our gift basket designs with the finest and most current products and enhancements available.

Therefore, our container, enhancement and gourmet product inventory is always changing. We make every effort to update our website often; however, an item may be discontinued or out of stock due to supplier back orders.

All gifts on our web site are photographed unwrapped to provide you with the highest visual accuracy of the contents of each gift. In order to ship gifts, proper wrapping and packaging will be used.. All gifts (other than towers) will be gift wrapped to provide stationary shipment. We want your gift to arrive in peak perfection.

If you wish your gift basket order to have the "exact" same look and ingredients, please state this on your order form under "Special Instructions".    We will make every effort to fill your special requests; however, due to seasonal and product availability it may take a week or more so we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary.

Will you add an enclosure tag to my gift to include my personal message?

During the ordering process you will see a  box, for Gift tag Message.

If you would like for us to include an enclosure tag with a short message, please put your message in this box.

How much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons?

We make every effort to be prepared for the high volume experienced during the holidays. Most orders during busy holidays will be completed and processed in 2 to 3 days.  Lead time becomes more critical as the holiday approaches. The further out that you can place your order the better. Any order of 10 or more items must be ordered 2 to 10 days before the delivery date.

How do I ship/deliver to separate addresses.

There are several ways to do this.

1. Place a separate order for each address on the website.

2. Email us your separate list of addresses via excel spreadsheet. If you do this be sure to let us know which gift and price that you are wanting. Also, include any message you would like on the gift card.  Please call 918-664-3320 or email us and we will forward a template to you for your use.

Sustainability Policy

Expressly Gifts recognizes that businesses can have a negative impact on the environment. We are committed, and enjoy, finding ways in which we can reduce the impact of our work both in the office and when work takes us away from the office.

It is our policy to:

  • Recycle as much waste material as possible

 

  • Avoid the use of paper wherever possible. For example, sending invoices and quotes via Freshbooks.

 

  • Offering products for sale that we are no longer designing into our gift baskets.

 

  • Keep energy usage low. We power down all equipment that is not in use, use highly efficient lighting systems and are conservative with the use of our heater and air conditioning.

 

  • Reuse waste paper.

 

  • Purchase products made with recycled paper. 

 

  • Purchase products with a lower environmental impact. 

 

  • Avoid unnecessary travel by making use of instant messaging, video and audio conferencing, telephone and email.

 

  • Use recycled materials for shipping.
