Hi, my name is Sam Wayt!  I love salsa!.  So, I started making my own.  It all began one night after grilling some delicious steaks with my neighbor on our trust Hasty-Bake, wondering why we had never come across any good smoked salsas.  Our first batch was a bit wild, but we soon realized we had something extraordinary!  very weekend for the next couple of years, we crafted and perfected this salsa for friends and family, dialing it in.  We hope you love and enjoy our salsa, for quality is always our first priority.  Happy Dipping!
